STRUCK BY SHELL
BRITISH SHIP AT VALENCIA. . HOLED ABOVE WATERLINE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, Feb. 23. The British steamer Shetland, which was awaiting orders from Valencia to-day, was struck by a shell. The forecastle was holed aibove the waterline and the crew’s quarters demolished. No one was injured. The ship has left for Gibraltar.
