PREMIER’S ENGAGEMENTS.
FEATHERSTON AND AUCKLAND
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 24
A visit to Featlierton is to be paid on Saturday, by the Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage), who will be the guest of honour at a Labour Party picnic. Mr Savage will leave Wellington by motor-car on Saturday morning and is expected to return the same evening. ; _ The Prime Minister will leave Wellington again by the Limited express on Sunday evening for Auckland to represent the Government at some of the functions of the centennial of the Roman Catholic Church in New Zealand. The Prime Minister is expected back in Wellington on Wednesday morning for the second day of the resumed session of the House of Representatives. Till then the Minister of Health, Hon. P. Fraser, Deputy-Leader of the House, will be in charge.
