TWO CHINESE WARNED.
GRUESOME PRESENTS ARRIVE. SHANGHAI, Feb. 22. . Mr Chu Tsetung, editor of the Chinese language paper, Hwameipae, has received a package containing a human hand and a note demanding the cessation of anti-Japanese articles in default of which _ “another present” would he sent to him. Mr Sammy Chang, a journalist and a former director of publicity at Nanking, has received a similar package.
