TRAITOR TO SOVIET.
BALTIC FLEET COMMANDER. Received February 24, 1.10 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 23. The Daily Telegraph’s Moscow representative states that M. Voroshilov (Commissar of the Army) also revealed yesterday that Admiral Sivkov (Commander of the Baltic Fleet) was among the “traitors and spies who were wiped off the face of the earth.” He added that the execution of traitors had greatly strengthened the armed forces.
