WAR HIGH COMMAND.
BRITISH PLANS COMPLETE.' ROLE FOR MR CHAMBERLAIN. . LONDON, Dec. 1. The\ Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) stated in the House of Commons that the form of a personal high command in the event of war had been decided upon. "The responsibility for dealing with purely international aspects, however, would fall on himself. Plans for co-ordination -were complete, subject to reconsideration in the light of changing circumstances.
