ACCIDENT NEAR DUNEDIN. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Dec. 22. Telegraphic and telephonic eomvmunieation with the south was in- \ -v-upted for two hours to-day when •, ) otor-car driven by Mr Peter Mcr ; ild, a farmer, of Waihola, crash(j [nto a pole near the North Otokia School. The pole, a double iron rail, was badlv damaged. Mr McDonald, who was accompanied by his wife and a boy, aged 11, suffered cuts on the face by flying glass. and a bruised leg. His wife escaped with minor injuries. The boy received extensive cuts on the head.
