REJOICINGS AT TOKIO.
FALL OF NANKING
TOKIO, Dec. 15,

The Emperor remained invisible, being a sacred figure, but officers of the Imperial household waved lanterns in acknowledgment to the cheers. Similar demonstrations took place in other cities.
