AUDITOR-GENERAL’S REPORT. • Received December 16, 12 noon. SYDNEY, Dec. 16. The State Auditor-General, in his annual report on industrial undertakings, said that certain features of the transactions regarding the selling of the Monier Pipe Works were unsatisfactory from the point of view of audit.
