DRIVING REGULATIONS.
N.S.W. AMENDMENTS. SYDNEY, Decv 15. A definite speed limit to__ 30 miles per hour in built-up areas and a prima facie speed limit of 50 miles an hour in streets not in built-up areas, and regulations to empower the fixing of governors to cars to prevent the exceeding of the speed limit in cases where drivers have been convicted of offences entailing disqualification from holding a license, were agreed to by the Legislative Assembly, when the Motor Traffic Amendment Bill passed all stages.
