SUIT AGAINST MOTHER.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT. VIENNA, Dec. 14. Under the terms of the agreement announced in Court, Archduke Leopold Salvator must leave his mother’s palace within 24 hours. She is to pay him £ls a month, provide him with a tworoomed flat, and pay the rent thereof. Leopold pledges himself not to sue for an allowance before 1941.
In suing his mother, the Archduchess Blanca, for maintenance and an allowance, the archduke, who is a brother-in-law of Princess lleana of Rumania, alleged that he had suffered humiliation at the hands of his nearest relatives.
