TRUCK DRIVER’S DEATH
MELBOURNE. Dec. 15,
Harold John Reeve, aged 37, a barman, has been charged with having murdered John Thomas Demsey, the truck driver whose body was found buried in a sack near his lorry, which was found abandoned between Kyneton and King Lake West, in October.
William Grahame, an Englishman who came to Australia recently, Francis O’Keefe, aged 37, of North Melbourne, and Roy McFarlane, aged 32. Newmarket, have been charged with the same crime. In respect to the last two the police do not allege that they killed Demsey but that they were present when tfie murder was committe.
