GOLF.
There was a big muster of players at the Awatapu links when a medal round in connection with the Berryman Cup was played. The course was in excellent order and some good cards were returned. J. Tucker gained 3 points with a net 68. and was closely followed by D. Harkness and A. Hirtzel, who secured 2 points e.tch with net 69. Players are showing a keen interest in the fourball competition, and the first- round is being played this week.
