PERSONAL.
The Dunedin City Council last evening appointed Mr G. T. Edgar city electrical engineer vice Mr M. C. Henderson, who retires in April next. Mr Edgar has been assistant engineer. —Press Association.
The King has approved of the appointment in February- of Field-Mar-shal Sir Claude Jacob as Constable of the Tower of London in succession to Lord Milne.
