MARSHAL GRAZIANI HONOURED Received December 8. 10 a.m. ROME, Dec. 7. Following Marshal Graziani’s resignation from the Vice-Royalty of Abyssinia, King Victor has created him Marquis of Neghelli, recalling his chief victory in tlie Italian campaign.
