VICTORIAN CASE.
MELBOURNE, Dec. 7. O’Keefe and McFarlane, who, have been charged with murder in connection with the wool truck mystery, were to-day further remanded until December 14.
Detective Mekeogh told the Court that the police did not allege the two accused killed Demsey, but would allege that both were present when the murder was committed.
