A COURSE RECORD. ' DUNEDIN RUNNER’S FEAT. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Dec. 6. In a heavy atmosphere and on a track which was extremely rough, A. R. Gcddes established a course record for three miles on the Caledonian ground this evening, his titme be:ng 14min 48sec. Gcddcs was unassisted by a weak field. Another outstanding event at the Otago centre’s evening meeting was the one mile race, in-which T. Allen boat W. A. C. Pullar by 10 yards in 4min 20 3-sscc, fast time on such an uneven and dead track.
