APPEAL PENDING.
MADAME DE FONTANGES. NEW YORK, Nov. 24. A Federal Judge admitted Madame de Fontanges under a bond of 1000 dollars pending tlie Court hearing of her appeal against the ruling by which she was excluded from the United States. Madame do Fontanges was ordered not to appear as an actress or public performer, and also to refrain from attempting to profit by her alleged love affair with Signor Mussolini. An ironical development is the closing down of \the night club which brought Madame de Fontanges from France owing to more stringent application of the civic regulations.
