ASHHURST RIFLE CLUB.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) ASHIIURST, Nov. 22. Members of the Ashhurst Defence Rifle Club fired a shoot over the 500 and 600 yards ranges on Saturday. Conditions wore very tricky at times, a rear changing , wind keeping scores on the low side. Dc- , tails: M. Ilnusmann 95, R. Wakefield 94, S. J. Brookie 93, E. Strong 88, S. Mayhew 88, R. E. Jones 88, M. Leyland 87 C. Turner 87, T. Orr 84, J. Ilonscn 81. 11. Russell 79. One shoot only, W. G. Romley 45, J. Bassett 44. The following team will journey to Greytown next Saturday: Riflemen M. Hausmann, T. Orr, S. J. Brookie, R. Wakefield, W. G. Romley, and R. A. Jones. Anyono unable to travel is , asked to notify R. A. J ones. A practice ! shoot will bo held as usual on tho Ashhurst range.
