DECREE NISI.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 24. A decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months, was granted to Emily Dorothy Greville in an application against Morice Groville, medical practitioner, of Dargaville, before Mr Justice Fair in the Supreme Court today on the ground of separation by a deed of an agreement made in 1930. Petitioner said she was married in 1923 and since the separation had resided at Auckland. Petitioner was given interim custody of the children and respondent was ordered to pay costs on the lowest scale.
