Scottish M.P.’s may meet in an annual assembly in the new Government buildings no wrising on Calton Hill, Edinburgh. This suggestion lias been made by Mr J. Henderson Stewart, Liberal-National M.P. for - East Fife, to enlist the enthusiasm of Scotsmen for a good government of their native land.
