FRIENDSHIP WITH JAPAN. LONDON, Nov. 23. The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says that Herr Hitler is unprecedently complimenting Japan bj v attending a dinner by tlie Ambassador, Count Musliakoji, to-morrow, to celebrate tbe signing of the anti-Co-mintern Pact. The guests will include Signor Attolico (Italian Ambassador), Herr von Bibbentrop, General Goering, Herr Hess, Marshal von Blomberg, Herr Raeder, Herr Himmler. Hen- Rosenberg, and Field-Marshal von Mackinsen.
