PRICES AGAIN PLUNGE. LONDON, Nov. 24. _ Tlie Daily Herald says prices again plunged on the stock exchange. The estimated total loss in London on industrial shares during 1937 will be £2,soo,ooo,ooo—almost one-third ot Britain’s national debt.
