’PLANES CRASH.
TWO PILOTS KILLEL. LONDON, Nov. 24. During a night-flying exercise, two Royal Air Force fighters flying tandem collided near Kenley aerodrome and crashed. One fell in flames, incinerating the pilot. The parachute belonging to the other pilot was found burnt. The pilot was apparently jumping to safety and was caught in a tree. He had a leg torn off and was killed. Another Kenley pilot crashed earlier and was found amid the wreckage nursing a broken ankle.
