NO CABINET.
POSITION IN BELGIUM. LONDON, Nov. 23. The News-Chronicle’s Brussels correspondent 6ays Belgium has now been four weeks without a Cabinet. King Leopold yesterday night in a further effort summoned the party leaders to the Palace and is understood to have appealed to them to settle their disputes for the country’s sake. It is reported in some quarters that if the deadlock continues the King himself will nominate a Cabinet of non-Parlia-mentarians.
