TERRORIST CAPTURED.
IN NORTHERN PALESTINE. (British Official Wireless.) Received November 23. 11.11 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 22. Jerusalem Press messages say that Sheik Farhan Saadi has been arrested at Mazaar, in Northern Palestine. Farhan Saadi is a terrorist leader who has eluded capture for about two years. Saadi will he tried by a Military Court at Haifa on Wednesday. It will be the first trial under the new regulations under which an officer commanding in Palestine is vested with complete powers over life and death, and from which there is no appeal. It is expected that the summary procedure of the Courts will have a sobering effect on gunmen in the Holy Land The military authorities state that there will be no delay in carrying out the sentences.
