BOILED SUGAR NOVELTY.
Looking much too sdlid to be edible was the New Zealand entry in the recent pastrycooks’ exhibtion at the Sydney Town Hall in the boiled sugar section —a wireless cabinet, complete with a television panel, and all in ■sugar. Tills kind of work is physically hard, which may explain why women rarely compete.
