YESTERDAY’S BUSINESS AND PRICES. There was no improvement in the AA’cllington stock and share markets yesterday, the demand in most sections being dull and listless. Not a few issues, notably in the industrial classes, showed weakness and further recissions in prices, metals shares being again marked down. Chain stores continued their downward trend. Buyers stayed in for G. J. Coles at 85s 9d and AA 7oolworths (Sydney) receded to 265. YESTERDAY’S QUOTATIONS.
