SCRATCHINGS FOR WANGANUI. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Sept. 10. The following scratchings were announced at 1.45 for the second day of the Wanganui races: Warehi for the Moutoa Handicap, and Gay Hunting for the Trial Handicap.
