GERMANS ABROAD.
NAZI COMMENT. BERLIN, Aug. 29. Opening the Congress of Germans Living Abroad, Herr Bohle, the leader of the Nazi foreign organisation, declared that there were still some Germans abroad, not wanted as National Socialists, who wrongly called themselves Germans. Traitor was the only word for these.
