CHARGES DISMISSED
CASES AGAINST .ANGLERS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Aug. 27. A reserved decision was given today by Mr C. R. Orr Walker, S.M., dismissing informations against eight Auckland anglers. The informations were that, by fishing for trout in Lake Rotoaira, in the Taupo district, they infringed the regulations for the reservation of fishing in that lake and the special benefit conferred on members of the NgatiTuwharetoa trihe. The regulation was declared ultra vires and void.
