A cablegram to the Auckland Labour headquarters this morning states that Hon. R. Semple and Alessrs E. J. Howard and F. W. Schramm, who were to arrive by the Awatea on Monday, have changed their plans and will arrive at Wellington on Wednesday by the AVanganella.—Press Association.
