HARTEBEESTE ’PLANES.
MANUFACTURE AT PRETORIA
TESTS SUCCESSFUL.
Received July 23, 10.10 a.m. CAPETOWN, July 22. Two of the 65 Hartebeeste aeroplanes manufactured at Pretoria were successfully tested and gained altitude with great rapidity. The Hartebeeste is a two-gun. general purposes aircraft capable of a speed of 186 miles an hour. In future one ’plane will b© completed. every week.
