THE YEN REVALUED.
TOIvIO, July 21. In view of the possible fluctuations of the yen the Japanese Government has decided upon a provisional revaluation of the gold reserve of the Bank of Japan at the rate of 3.50 yen to the gramme, yielding a profit of £447,000,000, half of which is earmarked for shipment abroad.
