NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested ill it by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926,” and of all other acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling, an OrderunCouncil under the provisions of Section 11 of “The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926,” as set out in Section 29 of “The Finance Act 1J32 (No. 2) having been obtained, the Buckley Drainage Board hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows:—That the board proceed to raise a loan of one thousand pounds (£1UU(1) for the purpose of enabling the Board to undertake and carry out flood damage repairs. That such loan shall pe called the “Flood Damage Repairs Loan, 1937.” That the currency of the said loan shall be for a period of ten years. That the interest on the said loan shall be at the rate of three pounds ten shillings (£3 10s) per centum per annum and be payable haltyearly in each year. That the form ot security for the payment of prine'P*! and interest on the said loan shall be ten debentures of one hundred pound each and relative coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions or the “Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926. That the Board doth hereby appropriate and pledge as security for repayment of the said loan, and the interest, sinking fund and other thereon, a special rate on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property of the Buckley Drainage Board on the following scale: (1) On all land classified ‘A —id in the £. ~ ~ .
