• BRITAIN NOT COAIAIITTED. (British Official Wireless.) Received July 22. 1.55 p.m. RUGBY, July 21. Answering a question in the House of Commons concerning the Chinese situation. Air R. A. Eden said he end not consider that the reference of the matter to the League would help. Neither the Nine Power Treaty nor the Kellogg Pact entailed any British commitment on the Sino-Japanesc dispute.
