Alter a conference among the revolutionary leaders at Salamanca, General Franco, at the suggestion of Senor Salazar, commissioned Senor Gil Robles' to go to London with a special, mission to the British Government, the purport of which is not disclosed hilt is helie veil to concern plans lor the reorganisation of a new State, including the submission of the names of General Franco and intended Ministers, probably including Senoi Gil Robles himself, in the hope that the Powers will recognise revolutionary Spain.
General Franco’s decision follows visits by General San Groiiiz, chief ot his diplomatic bureau, to the English and French Ambassadors.
