Mr AV. G. Aitken over a meeting of the committee of the Rangitikei Hockey Sub-Association. It was reported that it was understood that Rev. AV. B. Cuming, who is an A grade referee, has been appointed official examiner for referees in the Rangitikei district. The secretary of the Kia Ora Club wrote stating that Mr J. Bush had been appointed their delegate in lieu of Mr AVishnowski. who had left the district, The Feilding Association wrote accepting July 31 as the date for the challenge match for the McKelvie Cup against Rangitikei at Feilding. Mr Cuming was elected manager of the Rangitikei team, and Messrs A. Blair and R. Searancke were nominated as umpires. It was decided to admit unregistered schoolgirls to play for any of the B teams in a seven-a-side tourney. AVitli a view to giving the local girls the experience of a tour it was decided to write to AVellington seeking a match against AVellington in the city and against Horowhenua at Levin.
