THE RCCEHILL MEETING. SYDNEY, July 21. At tlio Rosehill races to-day the Chief Rulor filly Bronze Tulip finished second in the Maiden Welter Handicap, which was won impressively by Forward, who thus opened his racing account. Tam o’ Shanter was unplaced in this event. The Veilmond colt Silmond was unplaced in the Nursery Handicap. Bobby won the Rosehill Handicap from Grand Warbler and Oro.
