MARKETS QUIET. The Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegram, dated July 17, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London: Tallow.—Market continues quiet on spot with prices unchanged, Hemp.— Manila : ■ Market firm ; trade demand good. “K” grade for July-Septem-ber and Augusl-Octolror shipments sold up to £32 ss. Sisal : Market quiet. Early this week October-Deccmber shipments sold at £2B 10s; • closing sellers £2B 7s 6d. New Zealand: Nothing to report.
