A RECIPE.
One pound of mashed potatoes, two ounces of flour, two ounces of margarine, three ounces of currants, one ounce of sugar, a pinch of salt. AVork the flour and potatoes together until quite smooth, then rul> in the margarine. Clean the currants and add them, also the sugar and salt, 1101 l out this dough to about three-quarters of an inch in thickness. Stamp it into email rounds with a cutter and bake in a brisk oven.
