PLAN IGNORES THEIR RIGHTS. Received Ju’” 19. 11.45 a.in. VA ENCIA, July 18. The President (Senor Azana) said that the latest plan for control was the worst so far presented. It ignored the rights of the Spanish loyalists and recognised the forces which had violated international law.
