Millions of people are starving and thousands ore already dead as the result of severe drought and famine in the four provinces of Kansu, Szcchuen, Kweichow and Honan, in China.
Rose names include three kings, tliirtenn queens, ten princes, nineteen princesses, eleven dukes and seventeen duchesses.
