RELIGION IN SCHOOLS.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 19. An address on the subject of religious instruction in schools was given by Dr. William Boyd this morning at one of the opening seminars of the New Educational Fellowship. He said that religion must develop in a free and happy spirit. If forced on teachers and pupils it became a merely useless if not a harmful form. ( There was an attendance of about 2000 persons.
