BOY FILM ACTOR.
LEGAL FIGHT OVER ESTATE. LOS ANGELES, July 17. _ The Court declined to name his Aunt Myllicent as the sole guardian of Freddie Bartholomew, the boy film actor, despite the contention that it would simplify negotiations for a new 2500-dollar a week contract. The bank remains the guardian of his estate and Miss Myllicent the guardian of his person. ■ Freddie Bartholomew, through his Aunt Myllicent, says a later report, is claiming 22,500 dollars from three law firms alleging that they conspired to defraud him in connection with the guardianship proceedings. She charges her former attorneys with conspiring with tho attorneys representing Freddie’s parents to wrest the custody from her. She also alleges that the attorneys suggested that she sign papers surrendering the care of Freddie’s estate.
