The House of Lords has concluded the report stage on Mr A. P. Herbert’s Marriage Bill, the title of which it altered to Matrimonial Causes Bill. The medical profession in many parts of New Zealand is inclined to think that some lingerie materials are detrimental to the health of wearers.
