LORRY OVERTURNS.
ACCIDENT NEAR CARTERTON. Per Press Association. CARTERTON, June 7. Tan Thomas Dash, driver, with Herbert Leslie Aleads, passenger, had a miraculous escape this morning when a Conway transport lorry, heavily loaded. proceeding from Painatua to AVellington, overturned near the Tafatahi Hotel and skidded upside down for 3o feet. The cab was baaly smashed but the occupants scrambled out without injury.
