MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
PLAINTIFF NON-SUITED. An action by Mrs A. 10. A. Bottcher, whose evidence had been taken in Wellington, to recover from her husband, 11. C. Bottcher, and son. P. L. Bottcher. of ltongotea, certain articles of furniture, or their value of £3O 15s, witli £lO damages for alleged wrongful detention, was heard by Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Palmerston North to-dav. Mr A. M. Ongley appeared for plaintiff and Mr G. C. Petersen for defendants. After hearing evidence, the Magistrate non-suited plaintiff, without costs, commenting that there was too much conflict of testimony.
