INFANTILE PARALYSIS.
FURTHER CITY CASE. A boy, aged two and a half years was admitted to the Palmerston North Hospital on Saturday night from the city area as a suspected case of infantile paralysis, and a later diagnosis proved the case positive. The child is affected in the left leg. Up to 1 p.m. to-day there were no further admissions.
CASE AT AUCKLAND
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND. June 6
A small girl from the city area was the only suspected case of mlantile paralysis admitted to Auckland Hospital over the week-end and the medical superintendent. Dr. Craven, said that the epidemic had obviously reached its final stages.
