YEAR’S IDLENESS ENDED.— The Union Company’s passenger liner Monowai drawing out from Queen’s wharf, Auckland, yesterday, on her way to Sydney. After being laid up at Orakei for nearly a year, she is taking over the Aorangi’s run in the Pacific service until a damaged crankshaft in the Aorangi has been replaced.
