REPRESENTATIVE MATCH
Keen interest has been aroused by the representative Rugby match which will be held in Palmerston North on the Kings Birthday holiday on Wednesday. While the M anawa f u A team Is away at Wanganui another Manawatu team will meet Horowhenua in a representative fixture at the Showgrounds, -which will follow the seven-a-side tournament also set down for that day. In the past the encounters with Horowhenua have been productive of brilliant football and the long-stnndmg rivalry between the teams guarantees another bright display on Wednesday. .The soven-a-sido tournament is always the Mecca of Rugby enthusiasts and the keenness of the competition this season ensures a sterling display of the ode.
